Been watching my fish and some have been rubbing thier bodys against the rocks and gravel.
Can't see anything wrong with them.
Is it normal.
Just have not noticed it before.

Could be a sign of parasites.
Though sometimes A fish will just have an itch. biggrin.gif
But, if they are all doing it, and alot, you might wanna get some meds.

That's one of the first sign of ICH and if i'm right expect to see some white spots on your fish on a couple of days, However you could try raising the temp all the way to 82 F and add aquarium salt if you don't have any scaless fish and catfishes..

Fish also sometimes do this as a response to high nitrate levels....so you might want to test your levels and post them here!

It's a sign of irritation, whether it's something to do with water quality, or some external parasites (could be ich, but could be other parasites as well). I would say monitor their condition (after doing a water change) before deciding on adding medication tho smile.gif

Thanks everone thumbs-up.gif

I think my catfish may have ICH.
On both sides near his gills has a white patchs.
He was the last fish I got a month ago.
I will finnish cleaning my other tank and treat him in there.

I have turned the temp up also.
