Bio-max & Filter, Where does it go? |

I just got some biomax for my filter and was wondering how to insert it into my current setup filter.
spondge at the bottom carbon sac at the top it is an aquaclear 200 for a 20gal aquarium. the biomax came in a clear baggy so i've open that up and i have them in a bowl waiting for a reply  thank you. |

Take out the carbon (you only need it to remove meds and depending on how long you've had it in the filter probably doesnt work anymore) and put the bio-max in its place

yeah i just did a treatment of Ich for 1 week that is why i have the carbon in there atm. do you think it will be okay with just the one spondge at the bottom and the BioMax at the top.. or shoul di add more spondge making it like so..

Well I dont know the filter, but in my canisters, I have sponge in one compartment and bio-max in the others, so I would just add the bio-max to the space you have left by the carbon.
