I picked A. I'm a tiger barb lover. I've got 20 my self and there a ton of fun to watch. Good Luck on whatever you chose.

As far as the kribs, I know very little about them, but aren't they bottom fish? And don't they like to hid in caves? Never the less my suggestion is to get the Kribs first and let them establish them selves then get the shark. Make the shark tunnel as far away from the kribs as possible to reduce the agression.

Good Luck in whatever you choose

I would also bump up the barbs school if that is the only fish you are going to have on top. 10 or so.

Like what?

Give me some pretend setups from the list of fish in the poll.

I don't know how far I could take this really.

I really don't want to mess with the babies so I would like just a peacful somewhat active but not overly active community tank

You know I really wanted an Oddball ... Thing is I have a Piranha and well pretty much limited that tank to Piranha or maybe a pleco ... So I was really liking the idea of a tank with all kinds of fish in it.

I wanted an oscar but ..... I know a 50 Would not support the fish.

Polypterus senegalus, Senegal bichir; The most commonly seen and most suited to aquarium life of all the bichirs, with a average full grown captive size of 10" this species can easily be kept in tanks of 30g or larger and is safe to keep with tankmates over 3 inches.

i guessi should add thats its from here

Macrognathus siamensis(aculeatus), Peacock spiney eel; The smallest of the commonly seen spiney eels, this species will only reach a captive size of around 10 inches and is suitable for communities in tanks over 30 gallons with tankmates over 2".

They are...all you need is a glass lid good.gif IMO fun to have. I'd have an eel in my marine setup I'm planning, but some of the other fish I have to have will be sitting targets crazy.gif

I'm considering a predator marine tank in the years to come w00t.gif w00t.gif hehe.gif

btw spiney's aren't marine. smile.gif Yea I know that...just read it and thought I made it sound like that laugh.gif

I do like the sounds of an eel for sure ... I will call my local fish super store ... and says "EELS" nothing else ... just "EELS" I think they will get the message

ps. I already have a glass lid.
