Between yesterday and today, I have been moving my 5x2x2 from the living room to the dining room. I finally got all the water out,and got a neighbour to help me lift the tank. OMG what a shock!. The tank has caused massive damage to the wooden floor. All the wood is wet underneath where the stand was. My guess is condensation has built up. What a disaster!

That is bad news, is it repairable or will it need replacing completely ?

leave it for a week or so and see if t dries up, try this time to put a carpet ofcut or a nice large rug under the tank before you fill it good.gif

I would recommend placing a plastic sheet under the rug as well... this should stop as moisture transfer and with the rug... you won't even see it
