Hey all. We just set up our little 10 gal after taking a few years off. We're getting close to getting the tank cycled, my guess is we're probably still 1-2 weeks out though(been at it for a month). I have 6 neons right now and my wife really wants to add some panda cories. I don't want to add just one, since they're best off in groups, so I was thinking 3-4. Can a 10 gal handle that many fish?
Specs: Ammonia and Nitrite <.50 (still cycling) Once daily water changes of 25 percent (but plan to slow down once we've definitely cycled) ph: 7.6 I'm in no rush to add new fish, just wanted to know what to look for when we're ready. Thanks. |

when you are ready i would say you could definately do 3 cories. i wouldnt do it before. once you do just keep an eye on your ammonia and everything and adjust your maintance around your newly added fish. more fish=more ammonia=possibly larger water changes more frequently. i really wouldnt add anything anytime soon thou.
