Can you see any white spots, like little grains of salt on her skin?

I dont mean to be picky but any nitrIte reading is not good. Ammonia and nitrite should be 0 in a cycled tank.

How long have you had the tank, how did you cycle it? How many fish do you have?

if your convict has ich (white spot) it could be harder to see with a convict because it is striped. give it a week and if it's still doing it then treat for ich.
