A 0 nitrAte? That is weird. How often do you do water changes and how much? Also, do you use strip or liquid test kits? This should technically be in the New World Cichlid area, but yes, they should do fine. I have mine in a tank with:
0 ammonia
0 nitrite
15 nitrate
8.4 ph
kh and gh no readable

Any other fish?

Yes, your regular scalare, tank bred Angelfish will do nicely. There is a 20 gallon minimum for one, for two I wouldn't put them in anything less than a 25 or 29 gallon.

BTW a 0 Nitrate is fairly normal, mine tests 0 also, it has to do with maintenance (high volume water changes) and tap water (depends on the area)...

As stated, these are South American Cichlids.

The silver Dollars are a No go. They are very active and will stress the angels out. When my aunt had some, they would just swim around the tank very fast and bump into walls. Plus, they will most lekly bully the angel and nip its fins.
