I've got 2 German Blue Rams that I've had for a month or so and something has come up, so I decided to move out and can't figure out what to do with them. How can I move them with the least possible amount of stress and without killing them?

or just moving abode?

Providing your not going too far, if you plan in advance it shouldnt be too hard to do.

On the day of the move, take the fish and enough of their tank water, place in a bucket/tub whatever it is your planning on using, which has only been used for tank water changes, never had chemicals in etc, then place the heater in the bucket (keep this powered for as long as possible), also place the filter/media into a bucket of tank water to keep it wet so as not to lose too much bacteria. If you have an external canister filter, this will be ok as you will leave it in the water already in the filter. Drain the tank, remove ornaments etc.

When you get to the new house, set up tank (preferably before unpacking, sorting furniture - lets get our priorities straight here LOL), fill with dechlorinated preferably up to temp water, place filter/media back into tank, arrange ornmament, add heater back in too, then take fish and their old tank water and introduce back into the tank.

Leave the lights off for the day, they will be stressed, specially GBR's, feed lightly for a few days and keep an eye on your water stats, depending on how long the filter is off, you may experience a mini-cycle, which for GBR's will not be good.

Good luck with the move.
