It's a a black neon add him back to the cup of freezing water.
If its really freezing cold it should of killed him in 30 seconds. The wound did it start of as a sore and ulcerate the skin away to form a hole. This post has been edited by Wilder: May 21 2008, 05:31 PM |

if im honest i couldnt say, i look at them everyday to make sure theyre ok, but theyre so shy, u rarely get a good glimpse
i just lost a sparkling gourami too, was super bloated, no pineconing? should i treat the tank again? remember these are the fish my mum neglected, they have already been thru one treatment after a near whole tank wipeout before |

I would put that wound down to bad water quality.
Water changes to dilute the bacteria down in the tank. I would add anti internal bacteria med by interpet. Has the black neon died yet bless him. |

i feel so bad these lil fellas have been thru so much, theres like no fish left compared to what she had before i im so angry that she neglected them, ive spent 2weeks running around like a nutter tryna get these guys all well some of them have returned to normal colour, as before they were all white, no colour but i dunno what to do now |

Bad water quality can do alot of damage.
I would check if you can see any sores on the fish that are left. With that fish being in a bad way I would add a bacterial med to be honest. |
