HI!

I saw one of these today in our local LFS which is pretty special since we don't get many plecos here...I know they grow to be only 10 cm large, which is great smile.gif But since I can't have my original pleco (common) back cause he would destroy all my plants, I was wondering if peckoltia vittata would be OK for my tank. I know it has a tendency towards meaty food so I presume my plants won't get harmed.
It is just that I don't want a pleco that hides all the time, my common was really active and you could see him a lot...

So does anyone have this pleco? Is it extremly shy or not?

Oh, and it would live with guppies and glass catfish and otocinclus in a 63 gallon

I have two of these and they are great. I think one will work perfect for you.
