[size="5"]I have recently bought my first fish tank and I was thinking of keeping Neolamprologus brevis. I have set up the tank (rekord 96) and filled it with water and cores sand and inserted nitorvec also please advise me on how long I should wait until I put fish into the tank. Tank has been set up for approx 5 days now

You'll need plenty of shells for your brevis to set up territories, 3 shells per fish is usually good, you can use escargot shells found at any fine foods seller. They also need a higher PH and hard water, and since they stay at the bottom of the tank, you could add a couple of smaller Lake Tanganikya fish for the top. Check with the folks in Old World Cichlids for suggestions.
