I have a green clove polyp (clavularia) in my tank. It has started to spread over another one of the rocks it is placed near and i was wondering if anyone has fragged this coral and how they went about it.
Can i just cut the stalk that joins the few new polyps on the rock to the main colony ? Here is a link to show you what type of coral i mean. http://www.aquacon.com/images/GreenClove2.jpg |

Try to get around the stalks and into the carpet if there is one, then try to peel it off of the rock.

clean razorblade.
superglue gel. bucket of rinse water. towel to dry off the underside of the coral's matt.
