This is probably my most stupid question yet!
I have 6 of these little guys and they are always at the surface. I've checked ammonia etc and they are all great, the other fish all look very happy. So, do these guys spend a lot of time at the surface or are they more senstive to oxygen and are gasping for air? |

They need a fast flow of water from a sprabar or the likes which will increase oxygen levels

Thanks
The tank does have quite fast flowing water, it's not a spray bar but the outlets from the filter are part of the way out of the tank. It's quite a powerful filter and the water moves fast. They like swimming against the current so I've left it. They are still at the surface though. I might try moving them to a different tank if the don't like the one they are in. |
