I have lost 3 clown loaches overnight!!
i've recently lost a red tail shark and a gourami. I put these down to old age but not so sure now. There is only a silver shark and plec left in the tank now. The silver shark has white spots covering the eyes but no spots anywhere else If anyone has any ideas please let me know |

Tank size: pH: ammonia: nitrite: nitrate: kH: gH: tank temp: Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Volume and Frequency of water changes: Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: Tank inhabitants: Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): Exposure to chemicals: Digital photo (include if possible): White spots could be several things, the most common is ick. |

The spots on the eyes are they the size of grains of salt. Are they spots on the eye and not specks. |

It's more like a layer of skin over the whole eye area. throughp out the day the size has reduced and it's only in the middle of the eye now. cheers |

I would take a sample of your water to the lfs and tell them to write the readings down for you.
Cloudy eye is a symtom of a desease not a desease in its own right. Causes. Bad water quality. Irratation. Poor diet. Stress. Old age. Bacterial infection. Parasites. This post has been edited by Wilder: Mar 19 2008, 10:27 PM |
