Just done a google search and found one site selling it. Not sure about the company though as I've never used them. Aquarium-gardening.com.
Google is your friend  Also, Greenline Aquatics do Hydrilla verticillata, which is a more dainty Egeria style plant that supposedly is very similar. Hope that helps

 . Must have missed that when googleing  Just had a quick look on their website. They have quite impressive collections and plant list but......... the minimum order is £25   Oh well....... I'm still after some. If anyone here knows where I can buy or has any for sale please let me know. Thanks
