I have a 55 gallon tank and I am going to have about 8 Tiger Barbs in there and I really like the gw killies so I was wondering if they would be compatable. And are the golden wonders better alone or in groups?

My personal opinion would be one male to two females (a sexed trio) Yes they will be fine with Tiger Barbs. They are a danger to smaller characins such as neon, cardinal & glowlight tetras.

I got my Killies today. I followed your advice and got two females and one male. I like them, they're laid back compared to their other tankmates.
