Emerald Crab Turned White., anybody know why? |

I've had a couple emeralds for about 3months and I noticed around a month ago they have turned completely white.Now I don't get too see them to often due too lr and there size but when I do see them there happy and eating just fine. Has anybody seen this? This is a reef tank with about 20def corals in it and everything looks perfect all my levels are right on so I'm just lost on this one. any thoughts and help would rock my socks off! thanks!

Yeah, I've seen that a lot, especially with bigger older ones.
