Well, since I've been so busy lately, I haven't gotten around to this. When I got back from vacation, I found all but two of my female bettas, alive. I belive they all jumped, except for Blackberry, my half giant. Though I belive she died of natural causes, she was pushing 4-5 years old. I found her in her tank, in her favorite spot. Well, with my 10 gallon, were most of my females were, my mom doesn't expect the "fish sitter" she hired has to clean the tanks. So I guess nitrates got to high and they jumped. But I get to go to A World of Fish and Something Fishy today to get new female bettas and one male betta. The one male because my little brother got me a 2.5 gallon for my birthday.

Well, I got them! One male and three females. They're acclimating, so I'll probably get pictures up late tonight or early tommorow. I got a truqoise DT male, mustard gas female, and two other multi color females.

Man, I want a mustard gas female or male, I'm gonna try to find one and then, I guess I'll set up another small tank. Thats one betta I really want. I've loved them since I first laid eyes on one. Cant wait to see pics, did you get all of them from your LFS?

Yes I did, and man was I lucky to get that MG. There were only two female bettas left, multi color and the one MG. I've been looking for an MG female for quite some time also. I have a male, Mick Jagger. I got the male and MG female at A World of Fish, and I got the two females at Something Fishy. I chose the two multi colors because they didn't have anything better, but I got a light colored one and a dark colored one, so they look very nice.

Yea, I'm afraid I'm gonna see a MG one day and not have room for it. Seems to always happen to me when I go into a store just to look I find a rare betta to find in the LFS and dont have room, then when I do have room, just VT's. I'm happy that I did find that DT HM a few days ago, he's lovely. Still waiting for pics

I would take pictures, but don't you want them all colored up to see them at their true color? Those people at A World of Fish really know how to tie a rubber band around a bag, it's like a maze! It takes you like 5 whole minutes just to figure it out! The DT I got, I dunno, he could be DTHM, but more likely DTVT, I'll have you guys help when I post pictures.

There was a cover (this was my 10 gallon), I guess they figured out how to get throw the opening the filter got through.
