What's that catfish called... black and white like a cow... get's huge and will eat everything it it's tank... c something.

I think you mean 'water cow' Eleotris picta, a type of sleeper goby I think.

Hmmm, I'm interested in what this fish is now

The piebald is just a natural colour sport that has been bred in mass numbers for the food market.
