I have a 9 inch pleco and I was wondering what type it is (the scientific name).
Is it one of these? Liposarcus pardalis Liposarcus multiradiatus Hypostomus punctates or somethign else. I was also wondering how can I tell which sex it is. Thanks.

its a common plec when its up gainst the glass and if it has a little nub its a male they will not breed in the tank as they require large mud banks
