Pleco feeding time, what is good to feed them |

What can I feed my Pleco besides the sinking pellets? I've heard cucumber, cabbage, cushed peas?

mine eat mainly frozen bloodworms, they also enjoy cucumber,zucchini, live brine and a frozen food called Formula2. Some people even feed theirs mussels, I've never tried those though
