my temple is turning brown( the bottoms) and then the top falls off. whats happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what ferts are you using, it sounds like its lacking in something, maybe a plant expert can help, you need to post in the plant section

most aquarium plants are grown in hydroponic set ups. They have the roots in water but the rest of the plant out of water. Hygrophillas will often lose these emmersed leaves and new submersed leaves will grow in their place. Some species will also shed their lower leaves as they grow upwards towards the light.
