How long will it be until they pair off? I biught three of 'em, I have a 29 gal. 3 is too much for a 29 I believe, or is it? it's gonna be a species tsnk. How long will it be untgil they pair off?

29G is a good size for a breeding pair .. when two of them pair up the other one more lightly will get killed if kept in.
it shouldnt take long at all .. a few days at least |

ya.. usually pretty quick... cons don't mess around when it comes to pairing up and breeding.
agreed with spike... the thrid needs to be removed asap after the pair forms or it will be killed |

I haave 3 one of 'em is noticebly bigger than the other two, so could that be the male and the other two (which are smaller) could they be females? I plan to get some pictures up and have you help me sex them. I will remove the lone on once the pair has formed.

this is an old post but females are more colorful and generaly have less-lengthy fins right??? whats the update???
