hello i have some betta simplex that have recently spawned and i have alot of babies, its two different males at the same time. they are all doinf very well and are around 3 weeks old at the moment, i would just like to make a list of the people who would be intrested in the fish when they are ready for sale.

i will also be interested in swaps for other betta, not betta splendens unless very nice. rare ones better. i am thinking around 5.00 pounds for a pair, would you please let me know how many you would want and i will make a list, top of list will be asked first. or make a offer. the more babies the cheaper as always.

some pics below of parents.........

will get pics of babies soon.

thanks for looking chris lucas good.gif

I would be interested in a pair. I was looking for a pair of Gourami's to fit into my community tank, but after a bit of reading up on simplex might be a good match. My water stats seem perfect and as my other fish were already selected to be friendly with a Betta Splendens I think a pair of Simplex would be worth a try.

When do you think they will be old enough to collect? I don't want to get them too soon!

I've found this great article on the natural habitat of Betta Simplex I thought people thinking of getting these might like to see.

I'm planning to add some Cryptocoryne cordata to my tank to help them feel at home tongue2.gif

I've been looking online... http://Plantsalive.co.uk are selling it and so are Greenline http://www.aquaticplants.eu.com

I'm probably going to go for Greenline as i've heard good things about them.
