So i have these two gourami's a dwarf and a opaline. The opaline is double in the dwarf's size and the dwarf use to chase the opaline everywhere. Now the opaline chases the dwarf everywhere. And they dont just chase they FIGHT. I just noticed that they're starting to miss parts of their fins and the dwarf has 2 holes in it's sides (already been treated for HITH so i dont think that's it) should i get rid of one or just let them be?It'sa 46 gallon tank but they're in a 10 gallon right now wit a pictus cat and a rainbowfish cuz my 46 is so screwed up i needed to try cycling it for a week. Any suggestions?

They where probably very pissed if they where in the 46 gal if the water conditions whern't right makes them feel uncomfortable. Also sounds like you have 2 males which is not good. I personaly would get rid of the more aggresive one seeing that it will bully other fish later and are you out of your mind to put them in a smaller tank with there attitude! I would ethier put them in individual tanks or take one back asap!
