Please feel free to post pics of your Tanganyikan cichlids here but also bear in mind the following:

Only post pics of fish that you own - no internet photo's etc

Please reduce the picture size if they are large photographs

Please do not post general comments - just pictures with the fish name/species. General chat will be deleted

Please disable sigs before posting

I will monitor this thread carefully and may need to tidy it up occasionally if there are too many photos - apologies in advance if your pics are deleted (I will only do this if absolutely neccessary and if there are better pictures of the same species already on the thread)

Thanks

F

Here are some pictures of my Neolamprologus Multifasciatus colony.

I have a 40 litre set up in my kitchen.

pH 7.8, loads of shells and some playsand at the bottom and a colony of Multis.

Currently I have 5 adults and several batches of fry ranging from a couple of months old to just a few days old.

Makes the washing up a lot more fun, I spend ages just gazing into the tank, they are such interesting creatures and the activity in the tank gets even more interesting when there are fry around. I would recommend these to anyone.

Here are a few pictures:

Here is the tank setup

A couple of pictures of the dominant male and some of the larger fry

and a couple of the other adults, these two are females
