ok, so i bought a 50 gallon breeder tank at my lfs. (75 dollars) and it has a black metal finish on it. (pretty!) i think that this guy makes them himself or somthing... anyways, the equipment that i have bought were:
fluval 304 hagen heaters (not sure what exactly) 2 maxijet powerheads and UGF and i havent bought lighting yet the decor i have bought i kind of extensive to be buying all at once but who cares! lol... ummm 3 HUGE drift wood things (lots of holes and caves and such. one is hallow!) some kind of root things (on sale so i bought on impulse) rocks from a masonary store (lfs WAYYY to expansive) lots of fine sand plants: java moss java ferns hornworts jungle vals lilys red melon swords anacharis amazon swords amazon frogbits ambulias ammania senegalensis and baby tears for now they are all being stored in my water reserve. well anyways i am undecided on my stocking list... ive never owned a 50 gallon before (besides water reserve) and its pretty exciting!!! haha... so many more windows of oppurtunity as well as choises have been opened. (yay) well can anyone suggest a good lighting fixture for my setuup? tanks! bye |

lol, yeah we do need pix.
 . I saw your Signiture. Your from Oahu... I went there last year, We stayed in Honolulu, but made our way to North Shore, Pretty crazy waves. Annnywho... yeah we need pictures. I can never see the plants in my mind because I have no idea how they look like.

not yet guys! like i said, the tank isent set up yet. its the center piece in my room right now with the stereo in the cabinentry, and the TV above the tank.
still dont know what kind of fish i want yet. i should actually be redoing my 29 gallon fresh instead of doing a whole new tank.
