Hi, I've been thinking of getting a one of them for my 10g planted tank, does anybody have any info about them and will it be peaceful toward my cherry shrimp?

Singapore Flower shrimp is usually another name for Bamboo Shrimp (Atyposis Moluccensis). Has a surprising number of names, does this little guy.
I posted some info about keeping them in this thread. Bamboo shrimp are near enough totally harmless. The worst they'll do is chase your cherry shrimp out of their way. It's more likely that they'll completely ignore each other... Oh, and be sure you have enough space left in your 10g. Bamboo shrimp can grow up to 12cm in length if I remember correctly. |
