Does anybody have experience with these or even better does anybody know if these would attack shrimp?

Yes; No; and the name is Sewellia lineolata.

If you get them, make sure that the tank is cool (around 70F), has lots of O2 and strong current.

highly doubt they'd attack anything, they are quite timid fish that like lots of hiding places
