I put my 8 Tiger barbs into 55 gallon tank two weeks ago. They line up vertically in one corner of tank and "HOVER" there for many minutes. THey did not do this in other tank but now they are full size. Is this a spawning activity? That end of tank is near the heater but temp of all the tank is 78. Whats up?

are they pointing downwards?
pointing downwards and near the heater/filter is a sign of stress. either illness or bad water which could lead to illness water stats?? |

Spawning in TB's is a very active affair. If TB's aren't swimming about, there is something wrong. How long ago did you move them, the new tank is fully cycled presumably?
