was roaming through my lfs afterwork tonight and saw this poor little lonely cory. he was the only one in the tank and there wasn't another cory in the store like him, so i decided to take him home to live with my pandas. i didn't recognize him so i asked what he was. the clerk wasn't really sure and the tnak wasnt' even labeled that he was in there. so i go him for half the price. but i looked him up when i got home and it appears he's a network cory. does anyone else out hter have one of these? they have a reticulated pattern on their body and a black back fin. he's very neat, hopefully i'll be able to find a few more of him.

I'm sure your new cory is delighted to share a tank with your pandas. I looked it up and he is really a beauty. I don't recall seeing them before, but now, of course, I'll be looking for them.

inchworm, i know youre a fellow cory fan. what kinds do you have? i've never seen the network before, i think he might have accidently gotten in with their shipment from the supplier as he wasn't priced or anything. i consider him a happy little accident. he's settled in nicely and spends his time resting on the top of my rock cave watching the crazy pandas flit about.
