I have a black molly that I believe is pregnant due to her size. My question is, if she is pregnant would she contiue to mate? Her and my male molly mate all the time. So now i'm not sure if she is pregnant or just fat and frisky! Any comments would be helpful!

They're very rarely NOT pregnant.

Mine still seems to mate... ALL the time...
 Being pregnant doesnt seem to stop them!!

Any comments would be helpful! yes when a molly is preg they still mate!they dont care if they are preg or not but yes they will mate when preg!

I was gonna ask that very question a couple of weeks ago...but I didn't because I was pretty sure that my mollies are pregnant. I figure the male is too...oh wait that isn't nice, I'll rephrase what I was gonna say...the male isn't smart enough to realize that she is already pregnant. Either that or they are like people and do it for the fun of it...
