I have just bought a Marina 3 in 1 breedig trap for my three preggers balloon mollies.
However, I have no idea how to use it. I have put it together, but I am conserned
about the fry falling through into my main tank and being eaten.
If you know anything about breeding traps, can you please fill me in.

Thanks

Take a look at the pinned topics at the top of this section of the forum. There's one on traps and nets, as well as others on breeding tanks and raising fry.

Adult mollies can't be put in breeding traps. Mollies are too big, get stressed, and often miscarry. If the tank just has mollies, stuff the tank with floating plants like hornwort, and keep the adults well fed. With luck, some fry will survive.

Cheers,

Neale
