Hi,
I've had a female one eyed cockatoo dwarf cichlid for two or three months now. Her eye was already missing when we got her. At first she seemed ok at getting food but in the past few weeks I've noticed she never seems to be able to get any. She is with 8 rummynose tetras, 6 glowlights, 6 dwarf neon rainbowfish and another cockatoo dwarf cichlid who are all super quick and get all the food within seconds. We have put her in a separate tank for now, just so we can make sure she is actually getting some food, which seems to be going ok. She takes a while getting the food still, as she can only notice it if it's on her right side! Obviously I don't want to keep her in the smaller tank on her own permanently, but I don't want to move her back into the larger tank with the other fish and for the worst to happen. Any advice?

You could try hand feeding her, that might take away some of the competition.
