hi does any one have a arcadia luminaire 4x54w on timers ?just wondered the best way to set them up for the photoperiod thanks in advance

I assume it has 2 controls? Most tend to have a photoperiod of about 10 hours. Some choose to turn on half the lighting at say 8am, the other half at say 12pm and then off at 4pm, and then the first half off at 6pm. This gives 10 hours of light, with a 4 hour mid day "high noon".
