no offense pheonix, but what a cow...
leaving the fish in that sort of a state, how long has it been since she done a water change or anything? at least it you show her how it should be kept she may take more time in sorting her tank instead of other things thanks paul |

Ok so today I admitted defeat with the snails
Soooo, i went out and bought a new tank for her, a 58litre tank, thats stunning, it has a blue backing, and behind that sits the heater, and the filter, so when u look into the tank, its just fish and plants Also theres 3 set of lights, with blue leds, a very flash tank indeed got new sand, and new silk plants and ornaments Needless to say I spent a fortune today, I hope she appreciates it At present, the old tank is running empty, with nothing in but water, and running the snail treatment to kill the eggs Gosh im a good daughter |

lolol netty u nutter
My poor bank account lol, my card is screaming "put me awayyyy" lol Just hope she likes it, severl fish have died (in the old tank) but ive salted this tank now, and added a strong internal bacteria, finrot and fungus treatment to the tank, which is a 3 day treatment, so fingers crossed Im having the cycle the tank with the fish in, couldnt use her media as it is riddled with snails and eggs( and im not using my media) so just gotta keep on top of water changes now, I hope her male CT gets thru all this bloody treatment |

nah its hers, and she can do with it what she wants, plus its running a treatment at the mo to make sure all snail eggs are killed
so when she gets back she can either use it or sell it, im not fussed about money, its not important to me, making her smile and her fish happy is more important lol fingers crossed she likes it lol |

thank tank is £100 quid, 58litres, from maidenhead aquatics and comes with 2 sets of t4 lighting, and blue leds, so on the top of the lid there are 3 switches to control each one
so in the eve u cud have one t4 on and the leds, or just the leds lol its cool, and whats better is it comes with 150w heater that sits behind the blue backing, and the filter does too, its stunning but u have to buy all the other stuff like sand, plants etc seperately This post has been edited by Phoenixbaby: May 11 2008, 06:54 PM |
