Here are the latest pics of my babies!

Here is a baby close up... soooo sweet!

I couldn't get mum and babe both in focus together but you can see the size difference here

Mum is lost in her own reflection whilst some of the babies eat

Cute or what?!? tongue2.gif

Thank you! I have loved the whole experience so far, it has been so great! I don't think I will be raising any more though as I am planning to use my spare 2ft for bettas tongue2.gif once the babies have used it for a grow out tank (currently they live in my other 2ft with mum! )

Hey up sorry not been on for a while (WORK) blink.gif
Anyhows mine are doing fantastic too
Unfortunately had to take dad out as they started to argue a little
When I did , mum wasnt too happy , so I have taken her out too and put her in community with dad until I can set up another tank for them to breed again, however they seem to be pretty much ignoring each other and not being aggressive etc
So my krib babies are in the fry tank with angel babies at the moment, doing fantastic will try and get some pics for you soon .... Oh and I counted them when transferring 45 in total !!!
Becks
x,.x.

Tibby, sorry dont want to hijack your post , cant believe it the dad I had seperated , but I have another female in another tank that seemed to look a bit lonely so thought , hey ho , both look lonely and desperate for love, put them together late last night !!!
Cant believe it just had a quick look with the torch in the coconut cave , and LOADS of eggs AGAIN !!!
So looks like its starting all over again !!! Just glad I have a Brill LFS that will HOPEFULLY take them

No worries, i am happy to share my post! tongue2.gif More babies? LOL! You will be overrun! I don't think I am gonna breed again as the growout tank I am gonna use is kinda earmarked for some bettas after these babes go..... but hey, I change my mind ll the time!
How much will your LFS give you for your babies by the way? I haven't finalised anything yet though there is a shop that said they were interested once they are old enough......

I havent spoken about prices yet (not for the kribs anyway) is a reasonably new LFS that I came across with new owners that seem to prefer taking fish from local breeders rather than buying in ,,, I will let you know once I have further details tho, if not I have a few tanks spare blush.gif Addicted is not the word with me !! ha ha
this will be the last time I let them breed tho I think ... I dont want to end up with loads of fish and no where to put them

LOL I am a bit addicted to fish too..... scary ain't it! I only started keeping fish in February, and my first tank didn't even cycle until after easter! Argh. Luckily I have cloned filter media for all subsequent tanks.... lol. Right now I am really taken with bettas, and so I am getting more of those.... but I will always love my kribs and my pleco as if they were my children! tongue2.gif

I had fish for quite a few years, however , It wasnt until about 6 months ago I had one tank
Now I have 7 up and running, that includes 2 x 4 ft Tanks + the rest ....blush.gif
I have more I can fill I am sure .. ........... Just need another 10 sockets in the garage !! and I need to convince Yorkshire Water that I DONT need a bloomin WATER METER (worst thing since sliced bread) ..........
