125 Gallon Tank Getting Cloudy, my tank water is not clear no more

what makes tank water unclear? my 125 gallon african tank has a large canister filter with around 30 adult fish, the only thing i can think of is doing more water changes? as i only am doing a water change once a month atm...?

have u messed with the media in your filter recently as this can often cause a bacteria bloom, iv got it at the moment it normally takes a few days to settle back down.

What's the gph (or lph) rating of your cannister filter? And, as jagz asked have you recently cleaned it, did you clean it in tank water or tap?

Generally mbuna tanks should have a turnover of 10 times per hour (so your tank's filter(s) should turn over 1250gph). And, because they are overstocked for aggression you'll want to do water changes every week to two weeks.

Do you have a test kit? If so, what are your current ammonia, nitrIte, and nitrAte readings?
