Does anyone have any advice on how t otrigger spawning in Mbuna Cichlids? I have some Psuedotropheus Socolofi cichlids and some Labidochromis caeruleus.

keep the fish well fed, their water clean and at an appropriate temperature and they will do the rest. If you have well fed adults and they aren't breeding, try doing some big water changes on the tank. Make sure you use dechlorinated water with a similar temp & PH to the tank. If that doesn't work try de-worming the fish and see if that helps. You can also raise the temperature if it is a bit low. Take t up to 28C and see if that helps.

I've noticed mine tend to spawn after a large (50-60%) water change with cool water.
