even though it ticks off my family, I have a python system hooked up to the bathroom sink 24/7.
I dump in PRIME then turn on the faucet.

simple & easy
(for cleaning I unscrew the hose and take over to the tub to drain)

For the 125 gallon tank: I have a python system. When I drain the tank, I water the grass in the front yard laugh.gif When I fill it back up I put the first intial drop of aquasafe in and then about 1/2 to 3/4 way through I put the rest of what it needs in. I also just add the rift mixture when the water's going in. I used to dissolve it, but it's tiny enough particles that it dissovles fine. As long as my water temp is close to the tank I don't worry about it.(i test it w/my finger. It's really easy since I can test it as it's going in the tank and if it feels to warm or cold I can adjust pretty quick. i havemore leeway with this one b/c the tank is soooo huge. biggrin.gif )

For my 29 gallon: I just drain it with a syphon hose into a 3 gallon bucket. Then I fill it back up bucket by bucket. I add the rift mix to the last bucket of water and the aquasafe gets a dosage for each 3 gallon bucket that I put in.

I just use hot and cold tap water both of them. good.gif thumbs-up.gif

I use a python system for all my tanks (10, 29, and 75gal). Most of the year I just fill from the cold water tap, though in winter I have to add a bit of hot water to keep the temp from dropping too much. I start filling the tank and add my dechlorinator into the water stream. good.gif
