Pseudotropheus Acei, Pop Eye?

Tank size: 80 US Gallons
pH: 7.6
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 20-40

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
Its eye looks kinda puffy, with white around it. It also has a white section by its tail but this could just be part of its coloring. Seems kinda skidish compared to the rest of the fish and is hiding behind the rock work.

Volume and Frequency of water changes:
The tank has only had fish for a week, did a 25% change before getting the fish on 3/18.

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:
Seachem Flourish added 3/25 added 4hours after the KH2PO4
KH2PO4 Added 3/25
K2SO4 Added 3/25
MGSO4 Added 3/25
CO2 (DIY ~15ppm)


Tank inhabitants:
6 Pseudotropheus Acei (Including the one in question)
6 Labidochromis Caeruleus
6 Metriaclima Lombardoi (Kenyi)


Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):
All fish have been added in the last 7 days, this fish was added on 3/25.

This explains popeye very well.
The white patch does it look bleached out beneath the skin.
