Hi everyone....I'm new here....LOL Me & Hubby live in Central Florida....and one of our female guppies gave birth a week ago today (Sunday) and went on into Monday. I guess we 'accidentally' became fish breeders! We had only had the female (whom I named Zoe) a few weeks, so she must have been pregnant from the store. Anyway, I was totally ENTRANCED watching her give birth all of four hours. I think she had about 40, but in three days, when I was finally able to get a net to put the babies in....I was only able to save 12, and then 5 more I found in the tank today. William's home video of the guppy giving birth is great. I bought another 10 gallon tank to move the other fish into. I don't know the scientific name of the fish in our 10 gallon tank...but here goes: 10 gallon 5 Neon Tetras 5 RedFin Tetras 3 white pygmy catfish 2 suckers 2 male guppies (one yellow with black spots/one black with orange and blue fins) 1 female guppy (she has no color, but doesn't look albino) Zoe 19 fry in breeder net (only two dark orange fry, the rest are white) I started out 3 years ago with a red Betta; he just died a few months ago. I LOVE Betta the best! I have 2 male bettas, each in their own small tank.  I hope that pic of my original 10 gallon tank came out. I have a LOT of questions about fish mating, breeding, birthing now! The fry are the CUTEST thing in the world I've ever seen! One of them sat on a leaf of an aquatic plant I had for an hour or two after he was born, just turning around in circles, all eyes.....I named him Little Jedi Nemo...tooooo cute! the first link says my media player cant play it(new laptop with like lots of very good stuff like pentium 4 ect ) , second link plays aload of waves, third link says page cannot be displayed

awwww thats is so cool. I just get all awwwwwwish haha. I cant wait till I have fry from my 4 plattys. I wonder what they will come out like if my blue male is the daddy
