Attached below is a list of members of TFF who have said they are willing to help out newcomers to the hobby by donating filter media.
If you are starting up and you've got your aquarium and accessories but just need to run the cycle then give it a big kick start and speed up the process with some authentic bacteria, or if you are new to the site and are having a disaster with high ammonia or nitrite levels, then as well as performing large water changes, this is just what you after to swiftly reduce the toxicity of your aquarium.
To contact a member, simply click on their username and send them a PM. See these handy articles on cycling in your aquarium: http://www.fishforums.net/content/New-to-the-hobby/141944/http-www-fishforums-net-index-php-showtopic-141944/ Great Britain
If you wish to join the list of donators please post in this topic providing your location. |

It's a great idea
Perhaps if you find someone in your area, you could buy them a new filter pad for whatever type of filter they have in payment for an old mature one Arfie This post has been edited by Arfie: Jan 23 2007, 06:15 PM |
